Like many parents, my husband and I struggled with getting our daughter to fall asleep independently. As a household with two working parents, I knew rocking our daughter to sleep (sometimes for hours) was not a sustainable long-term solution for our family.

After hiring a certified sleep consultant to help navigate our family’s sleep issues, I realized the benefits of sleep beyond just breaking sleep associations. I saw the effects sleep had on our family’s overall mood, our ability to perform at work and at home, the advantage of extra free time, and how sleep contributed to our daughter’s overall health and well-being.

The success we experienced inspired me to help other families with similar struggles and translated into becoming a certified pediatric sleep consultant myself. It was truly rewarding helping other parents achieve sleep success. But I quickly saw a whole group of busy, overwhelmed families who simply didn’t have the time—or budget—for a sleep consultant, but are craving trusted, expert-backed tools they can follow on their own terms, at their own pace, and actually see results.

I decided to go from being a hands-on pediatric sleep consultant to creating self-paced, parent-led guides—so busy families can skip the late-night Google spirals and pricey consults, and still get their kids sleeping like pros. These guides are for parents who love a clear plan—and will stick to it.
